J'ai mis un nouveau piston , bagues, petit bout , joints, clips suivi le livre et maintenant j'ai un problème de série avec un métallique scratch / cri strident au ralenti à 4000k tours de , ce n'est pas des engrenages ou d'embrayage et je me demande si la petite extrémités ont dicided de mourir , j'ai utilisé toutes les pièces Honda d'origine .

Problème j'ai mis certains 2course dans le réservoir, puis purger les conduites de la pompe à huile je crois que la ligne a été aspirant de l'air. depuis, j'ai resserré et purger le système. est-ce que quelqu'un peut suggérer une bonne compagnie qui offre 2course conduites d'huile, comme j'ai entendu certaines histoires d'horreur.

problem fixed i put some 2stroke into the tank and then bleed the oil pump lines i believe the line was sucking in air. i have since tightened them up and bleed the system. can anyone suggest a good company who supply 2stroke oil lines as i have heard some horror stories.

you can try that:

If the pump and the suction circuit were properly drained from the air, you can check it in the following way:

you put 2% oil in the gas tank .
you disconnect the hose from the oil pump to the carburetor .
you put the hose into an empty water bottle . (pump > hose > bottle) .
fix the bottle in the fairing with tape.
going to ride 10km and look at the bottle who see if that is filled.
if the bottle is filled by oil, it's OK , if not, you can unmount the oil pump to check it.


to be sure & safe:
you can clean the oil tank, the oil filter (it's in the tank).
you can change the oil hose (honda part) for few pounds.
